Bethel Bethesda is a welcoming, purpose-built residential care home located in Leicester, East Midlands.
We provide high-quality residential and respite care for people aged 65 and over, within a comfortable and supportive environment designed to feel like home.
As a family-run home, Bethel Bethesda is led by a caring and friendly team who are committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
Our residents enjoy comfortable living accommodation, en suite bathrooms, and access to our beautifully maintained courtyard, all of which contribute to a relaxed and homely atmosphere.

The home is owned and directed by Emily Lumb, Registered Manager, who brings over 25 years of experience within the health and social care sector. Emily provides leadership and professional oversight across the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Day-to-day care and operations within the home are managed by our Acting Manager, Sarah Tansley. Sarah works closely with residents, families, and staff to ensure care is delivered consistently, compassionately, and in line with each resident’s individual needs, with the reassurance of Emily’s ongoing guidance and support.
We take great pride in maintaining a welcoming and well-cared-for environment at Bethel Bethesda. The home follows a planned maintenance programme to ensure it is consistently kept to a high standard, with comfort and safety always at the forefront.
