At Bethel Bethesda, nothing brings us greater joy than knowing we have helped restore peace of mind to families - knowing their loved ones are safe, cared for, and content. To ensure we continue providing the highest standard of care, we regularly seek feedback from our residents and their families through a variety of channels.
One of the most important of these is our Annual Quality Assurance Survey, where we listen carefully to the voices of those we serve.
Their insights are invaluable and guide our ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of life and care we provide.
Below, we are proud to share the uplifting feedback from our 2025 Annual Quality Assurance Survey.

Fundamentally, it has remained our highest priority to keep residents safe and ensure families are regularly informed and reassured.
We are delighted to report that in 2025, our residents and their representatives rated the home 98.5% for safety, with visiting professionals awarding 100% and staff 97%.
This represents an overall improvement of 1.7% compared with 2024.
A family member shared:
"I think the home is great, from the previous care homes my dad lived in, Bethel Bethesda is so different. Overall I'm really happy with the care dad receives."

At Bethel Bethesda, we continue to welcome suggestions and recommendations from everyone involved in caring for our residents.
We remain proud of the skills, qualifications, and knowledge demonstrated by our dedicated team — and the 2025 survey results strongly reflect this.

The home is family run, the management is exceptional which filters down to all the staff, who appear to genuinely enjoy working at Bethel. It’s such a peace of mind to have mum here."

Our loving and dedicated team continues to receive ongoing training and support to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care they deserve.
We were delighted to learn that in 2025, families and advocates rated the care provided at an outstanding 100%, while visiting professionals rated it 100% and staff 98% — showing a notable increase of 4.7% compared with 2024.

“With living away from my mother it’s important to me that she is in a home that I trust to look after her and care for her individual needs. I find Bethel and Bethesda is the perfect place for her to be and feel it’s very reassuring that my mother is there and is being kept as comfortable as possible. They always inform me of any mishaps and issues with my mother whether serious or not and I just feel very grateful to have her there."

"Bethel and Bethesda is a very well ran home. The approach they take as a family run business makes them a very special care home. The family environment and care and compassion is felt by all members of staff and residents within the home. Staff are always keen to take specialist advice from professionals and work in a transparent manner for residents and family members.
